Can I take an Nushape class if I’m pregnant?

Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant, especially something as core intensive as NuShape. If a client was regularly taking NuShape before they got pregnant, they can continue to come as long as they feel comfortable.

Do you have locker rooms?

We have cubbies in the room for you to put your personal belongs.

How do I buy classes, monthly memberships or packages, and schedule classes?

We have an easy to use and extremely secure software system to assist you in reserving a session. Check out our automated online booking system. It is the easiest, fastest, and most accurate way to book classes. Simply create a user name and password, and use it to schedule, purchase and track your visit history. If you forgot your password or need more information, just send us an email. It is always best to reserve your session online to guarantee you have a Megaformer available.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time. If it’s your first time at NuShape, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior.

How often should I take Lagree Fitness classes?

Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We recommend 2 to 3 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. Listen to your body.

How old do you have to be to take an NuShape class?

16 years or older. If you’re under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.

I have never done Lagree Fitness. Can I do the classes or should I do a private sessions first?

It depends on your current fitness level. The workout is intense and the transitions between exercises are quick most of our new students do great in the group classes the instructors are here to make sure everyone is using good form. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints or a severe medical condition, it is recommended that you take a private session first to assess your fitness level.

I’m having trouble signing into MINDBODY.

For every different studio you attend, you need to create an account before you can book classes. Click Sign Up! to create an account on our site specifically. Make sure you remember your password. The best way to remember your password is to click the Remember Me box.

On the MindBody Connect App, you don’t need a separate account for each studio, this is where people tend to get confused. If you schedule everything through the App there is no need to create an account with us. Please note if you work only through the app we will not have your credit card information on file and any in studio purchases like Toesox and apparel you will need to bring a credit card to class.

Can’t sign in? Click Forgot Password and your password will be emailed to you. We do not have access to passwords and cannot book classes on your behalf on our end. If you do not schedule the reservation in MindBody your spot isn’t guaranteed and there’s a possibility we will cancel the class if on the rare occasion the class is otherwise empty.

After you create an account you will enter your credit card information and can begin to purchase and schedule classes all through MindBody.

May I bring my children to class?

Due to safety and insurance concerns we cannot allow children to stay in the studio while class is in session. It is not safe to have little hands near the machines, and we must respect all of our clients needs to remain focused and free from distraction while they are training. Same rule applies for your furry friends too.

What if I arrive late?

It is recommended that you arrive at least five minutes before class. However, we understand that traffic exists. In the case that you do not arrive within five minutes of the scheduled time of class for your reserved spot, it may be given to a standby student. Classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance or your class credit will be forfeited.

What if I can’t come to class and I have already been confirmed? Will I be charged?

Yes, even if it’s your first time. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for the class you reserve. Regular session members will lose that session and monthly members will be charged a $15 fee to the credit card on file. If you do not show up it is considered a no show with a $25 fee to the credit card on file. If a valid credit card is not on file, the account is subject to immediate termination.

What if the class is full that I want to attend?

If full you have the option to sign up on the waitlist. If someone cancels you will be sent an email confirming you a spot in the class. If you do not wish to take the class anymore you must contact the studio or cancel yourself out of the class on our online booking system. If you do not cancel yourself out of the class then the cancellation policy will apply if you do not show up.

What is Lagree Fitness?

It’s a combination of weight training and Pilates workout taught on the Megaformer. It is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely.

What should I bring to class?

Grip workout socks are required for class.
Bring a towel, this workout will make you sweat.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and your body can breathe.
There is a water cooler; however some students prefer to bring their own.
Jewelry is not a good idea. It may get caught in the machines.
No strong perfumes or lotions as some students are allergic and the lotions may cause you to slip.
No cell phones during classes!
